No. This listing is for one empty, refillable 5 ml atomizer. Perfume is not included.

Remove the cap and spray head from a compatible perfume bottle, place the atomizer's bottom valve over the exposed stem, and pump gently until filled. Stop before it is completely full.

It works with many standard removable spray heads, but bottle stems vary. Check compatibility before transferring liquid.
